       GUI Softcomputing Optimization ToolBox
  • Implementation of five state-of-the-art Optimization Algorithms in Java by using multi-threading to utilize multi-core of the machine.
  • Algorithms are Genetic Algorithms (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), Differential Evolution (DE) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO).
  • User can get the collective results of its fitness function using all the algorithms.










       Softcomputing Algorithm Design and Development ToolBox
  • Implementation of nearly ten Optimization Algorithms including five state-of-the-Art Optimization Algorithms.
  • Algorithm Development environment that allow to modify the existing algorithm.
  • Testing of developed algorithm on 100+ benchmark functions.
  • Easy to analyse results on success rate, number of function calls, etc.
  • Easy to plot the results i.e convergence graph, validate results etc.








       D2N: Distance to the Native
  • Prediction of RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation), TM-score (Template Modelling) and GDT TS-score (Global Distance Test) (Collectively termed as Distance to the Native i.e. D2N) of modelled protein structure in the absence of its true native state using physicochemical properties.
